The Discovery Family Adventures provide ideas, activities, and experiences to help build strong family relationships.

 

Our goal is to strengthen family relationships to help kids be and become their best selves

and to support parents in raising happy, successful, resilient kids in an exciting,

but sometimes turbulent and dangerous world.

Core Adventures are still available via the website for use by anyone that wants them, but everyone is encouraged to use the Discovery Hunt (Goosechase) App for hundreds of adventures throughout the year.

Capture the Memories

Family Adventure

STEP 1:  Take some pictures to capture the memories of this halloween season! Here are some ideas to get you thinking about which memories you may want to capture:

  • take a picture of your family in their halloween costumes
  • take a picture of your favorite halloween decorations
  • take a picture of your family enjoying your favorite halloween event
  • take a picture of the trunk you decorated for the trunk or treat
  • take a picture of your favorite halloween treats-- slimy fingers, witches hat, etc.
  • Halloween is not your thing? Take a picture of the trick or treaters that come to your door!  🙂

STEP 2:  Now that you have captured the memory, share it with a loved one that lives too far away to enjoy the fun in person . . . grandma and grandpa, cousins in another state, or share it with your whole facebook family by posting it on your social media sites!

SUPER Achievers are ready to get organized so that they can not only CREATE and CAPTURE memories, but know where to find them when it's time! Take some time to determine the best way for you to manage your photos, and get organized!

Already have a ton of photos that are all over the place? Spend a few minutes organizing them.

This Adventure is about getting organized . . . and it's important that you do it YOUR way! Whatever will work best for you and your family, identify it, organize it, and then DO IT!! And most of all, HAVE FUN with it!
